Shipping is free on all orders. Apple uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing.
Free two-day shipping is available on most in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item is in stock. Free two-day shipping is not available on customized Mac, engraved products, and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.
The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: 1 business day" the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Apple works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip. Please note that applicable shipping fees apply to iPhone Unlocked Print Products and can be ordered from the Photos app for Mac.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
Once your order is placed, Apple Wholesale Store provides information on your order by email. The type of email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items shipped or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a Delivers date link. You can click the Delivers date link to view your order status in online Order Status.
We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package using iPhone Unlocked's online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Apple Wholesale Store Notifications is a text-message-based alerts service designed to keep you up-to-date on your shipment and/or pickup notification status. In addition to standard email notifications, you can also request text message updates when you're in Checkout. The number of messages you'll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a text message. The text message will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We can even send you texts the day of delivery or after your item has been 'delivered,' depending upon your shipping method, country and carrier. Depending upon your order, you may receive 1-4 text messages per shipment on your order. Texts are sent between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. in your time zone.
You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by logging into your account and editing the Shipment or Pickup Notification preferences for your order.

Apple Wholesale Store chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Apple Wholesale Store. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you are unavailable to provide a signature, iPhone Unlocked offers three easy options for you to receive your package.
There are two ways you can Pre-sign for your shipment:
Complete and print the Shipment Release Authorization form. Leave the form on your door for the carrier, prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of expected delivery.
You can specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
If you'd like to pre-sign for more than one shipment, simply print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each package.
For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion, and a driver may require signature, even if signature is not required by Apple. If you are unable to access the Pre-sign Form, call iPhone Unlocked Store Customer Service at 1-586-666-2998 and let us help!
If you did not pre-sign for your package through iPhone Unlocked, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.
You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.
If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier you'd like to pick up your package in person.
To pick up your package from the carrier's local facility, you'll need:
The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
In addition to these options, our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows, learn more at FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS MyChoice.
The Apple Online Store U.S. ships items only within the 50 United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the Apple Online Store.
